Long lost family

For years orphans were sent to Australia in expectation of a better life. This was particularly so in the UK after WWII. With new techniques for DNA testing and the incredible power of search, many have now been able to connect with their long lost and extended families.

In this case Suzy was given up for adoption in Australia and by using an ancestry site has found two half sisters and a half brother in the UK. By all accounts this has enabled Suzy to “find out who she is and where she came from”, it must be truly life changing.
