Refund policy

Shortly after you have completed your DNA test online order, we start to produce the test kit(s) which is tailored specifically for your case, with named and numbered swabs being issued to the parties as requested. This is the point of Commencement of our Service to you.

If you order a DNA test kit and immediately wish to cancel (i.e. before we have started to produce a sampling kit), then we will issue a refund. We do not generally issue refunds after the kit has been produced and sent to you, as our service to you has started. However, we may grant a partial refund (which is solely at the discretion of the Management) if we have not yet started the laboratory work. Please note that before ordering, we expect you to ensure that all participants of the test have agreed to the testing and have expressed their willingness to consent to it.
